Agriculture  
Today's agriculture is biotechnology, international marketing, genetics, engineering, food science, computers, horticulture, communications, veterinary science and much more. Average annual demand for college graduates with expertise in agriculture will exceed the expected job supply by 13 percent. Many of these jobs require a college degree in agriculture. High school agriculture and FFA provide essential preparation for students desiring to study in this field.

Business and Technology  
As professional business and marketing educators, we assist our customers, the students, by practicing and teaching marketable and technological skills that allow them to obtain entry-level employment within the business and marketing environment. We also encourage productive and self-sufficient behavior, individually and within teams, so that they become citizens who know and practice good work habits. We help them to develop a positive self-image, leadership qualities, and communication skills by providing success opportunities through classroom and vocational student organization and participation. F.A.C.S
Family and Consumer Science courses work to teach students to be effective and responsible individuals. The courses help students develop premier leadership qualities, high level technical skills, critical thinking abilities and employable working habits. It also aids them in choosing a career field, formulating goals, working to meet the goals and practicing positive work ethics. MHS Student

Industrial Arts
The Industrial Technology classes study Communication Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Construction Technology, Transportation Technology and Bio-Related Technology. There is an emphasis on personal development by doing assignments and activities from the Professional Development Program. Skills USA VICA is the student organization, which provides the student with leadership and skill based competition.
