Go For Launch 2018 - We are hosting the Go For Launch! competition here at Mesquite on March 4-6.  It is the weekend before spring break.

Go For Launch! is a weekend-long camp where students work with astronauts and other space experts to design and build an experiment for The International Space Station.  If their team wins, then they move onto the national competition.  If they win the national Go For Launch!  competition, their experiment actually will fly on the ISS for 30 days.

A team from MHS won last year and have been honored all over the US, including a trip to Orlando and a trip to Wallop's Island Virginia to watch their experiment launch. As of this email, the experiment is on the ISS and they are remotely monitoring its progress.
