Good Morning Wildcats!

If you have NOT yet passed the CIVICS test, Version B has been released.  Please come to the library ASAP to schedule your test. You MUST pass this test in order to graduate.  Thank You!

All school auditions for Williams Shakespeare's The Tempest November 13 & 14th. If you have ever wanted to be on stage, create an event and make lifelong friends now is the time. You do not have to have any experience, or have taken a drama class- all are welcome. The Show is February 6, 7 & 8th

Come sign up for an audition slot on the board outside of F110.

MHS Dance presents "Vogue" on November 15 & 16 at 6:00 pm. Doors to the Mesquite Theatre open at 5:30 pm. There will be a limited amount of Pre-sale tickets, which are $5 and go on sale October 29! Tickets at the door are $8. Please see Mrs. White in the Dance Studio for more information!

Seniors! Stop by the Bookstore and check on your fees ~ All fees must to be paid before graduation, so get that checked off your Grad list!!

Check out the Mindfulness Center! 4th hour schedule: 10:40-11:00 am and 11:05-11:25 am; 5th hour schedule: 11:40-12:00 pm and 12:05-12:25 pm. Mindfulness is open up to all grade levels so bring your friends and come experience a Mindfulness lesson!

Students - Are you interested in the medical field? AT Still University is having an open house on Sat., Nov 10. Drop by the Career Ctr for a flyer. These are the programs they offer - Athletic Training, Audiology, Dental, Osteopathic Med, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Physician Assistant Studies.

Seniors - Take a look at our scholarship pages online! A list of scholarships can be found on our school website.  Also check out the AZCIS website. If you want to get the list of scholarships from Senior Night - email Mrs. Lyman in the College & Career Center -

Be sure to check out our Athletics on our school webpage for all sports. Support MHS by going to our games.

Congratulations to all the Swim and Dive Athletes that competed this weekend at the Division 2 State Prelims and Finals!  Rylee Holland finished 9th in the State for Girls Dive. Andrew Pocock finished 6th in the 500 Freestyle and broke a 11 year school record in the process.  He also took the medal stand coming in 4th in the 200 Freestyle. The boys 200 Freestyle Relay of Jordan Phung, Ryan Lohman, Nick Mloukhiyeh and Andrew Pocock took 13th, and the 400 Freestyle Relay of Ryan Lohman, Zac Eckert, Jordan Phung and Andrew Pocock also took 13th.  In prelims, swimmers competing were Sarah Moore in the 500 Freestyle and the Boys 200 Medley Team of Brennan McConihay, Roy Deng, Zac Eckert and Nick Mloukhiyeh. Divers in prelims were Victor Urquidi and Ryan Brown. Thank you to the alternates that came to the swim meets!  Never Settle.
