Creating a learning environment focused on being United, Driven, and Positive takes everyone in our Wildcat Family. Over the summer break, our district Operations team completed needed renovations to our tennis courts and stadium restrooms, ensuring our campus remains a safe and welcoming environment for our Wildcats to excel in academics, athletics, and the arts.

At MHS, we are committed to helping every Wildcat reach their full potential. Our culture of collective leadership has led to rapid student academic growth. MHS is proud to celebrate our 317 graduating seniors. 186 students are college/university-bound and 4 are enlisting in the military. 53 have a QPA of 4.0 or higher and 18 are Student Council officers.

Creating a welcoming school environment takes an entire community, and behind the scenes, our GPS Operations department spent the summer ensuring our campuses are ready for success. From modernizing CTE labs to resurfacing athletic courts, these essential updates help keep our facilities safe, functional, and inspiring for every student.

Nominations for this year's 30th Gilbert Chamber of Commerce Excellence Awards are open until August 28th. Submit your nominations now to celebrate the contributions of GPS educators, support staff, and volunteers.

Over 400 volunteers gathered at Highland High for Camp VNET, an annual day of training, connection, and celebration. Guided by the motto Reset. Focus. Prepare., attendees participated in workshops designed to equip volunteers and community partners across all 38 GPS campuses for the upcoming year.
